As of September 1, 2009, with the new dialing laws (see http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2009/08/robocalls.shtm), Phone Broadcast Club offers a compliance option by using the new Agent Permission Check system. In my previous entry, I gave a brief description of the benefits of the Phone Broadcast Club. Well, let me give another brief description of how you can make money helping others with this service.

The Phone Broadcast Club uses a Reverse 2 Up System, where sales 2 and 4 are given to your sponsor, and every other sale goes to you.

You may be saying to yourself that this doesn't seem fair. Here's the deal:

In traditional Multi-Level Marketing, when you join a company and make any sales, your upline sponsors get a percentage of your sales (depending on everyone's levels in the company). This means that their success is partially based on you and others in their downline. The same applies for you with your downline.

237 units on 9.62 acres

Q. What is the credit?

A. The first-time homebuyer credit is a new tax credit included in the recently enacted Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008. For homes purchased in 2008, the credit operates like an interest-free loan because it must be repaid over a 15-year period.http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif

The was expanded in 2009 for homes purchased in 2009, increasing the amount of the credit and eliminating the requirement to repay the credit, unless the home ceases to be your principal residence within the 36-month period beginning on the purchase date.
