Here are the details on the properties.

This would be a package deal price.  I could also pull out and sell the properties individually but it would cost more.  I want to close on these ASAP.  There is already clean title work in place.

The duplex is currently renting at $725 ($325 on the bottom and $400 on the top) (it is low) First tenants paid $825.
