Oops we made a mistake! Missed an entire subdivision......

We left out an entire subdivision that was included! Our mistake is your gain! We have contracted with a builder to closeout their remaining lots in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Area. There are 149 lots that are fully entitled, and are in developed subdivisions with all roads in and utilities to site and for sale for $15k each. Actual value of each lot is $30k plus. Take an entire subdivision for $15k each/lot or the entire package for $14k/lot.

We have actually been to this one and there are several homes already built and occupied in this one that are not in this satellite photo. There is also a completed community pool in the North end of this project.
